The Year of The Strategic Plan...

I don't believe in resolutions, mostly because I'm perfect. Instead, I give every year a word. I'm always moving towards a better version of myself and where I should be shifting my efforts. The word usually reflects something I need to be...or need to be doing. Something to focus on when the train derails.

2016's word was 'Survive' (which I barely fucking did! Let me put it this way - 2016 was so awful, that if a clown invited me into a sewer drain, I would have gone). 2017's word was 'Re-evaluate' (re-evaluate my relationships, my career, where I find solace and what brings me happiness).

The word for 2018 is 'Strategy'. A plan of action. I know what it is I want - I just need to be smart about how I get there.

I'm ready for ya 2018 - bring on the Year of The Strategic Plan.
