Turkish Eggs - Clementine

Poached eggs on hummus. So simple, so delicious. The toast is thick and tastes less like it was prepared between the wire grasps of a GE toaster and more like it was heated on the grill. Sometimes the menu tries too hard, but overall it's great and it's local. Go here.
