OOTD - Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?

Listen up gum shoes, if you were born in that 80s sweet spot, chances are you grew up watching dorks answer questions about the world and then run around placing pylons on a map within an impossibly short timeframe. For those of you too young to remember the musical stylings of Rockapella (you lucky bastards), Carmen Sandiego was like Where's Waldo...if Waldo was a criminal mastermind. I mean, he could be the ring leader of a crime syndicate, he's very good at staying under the radar and his penchant for stripes leads me to believe he's spent some time behind bars.
